Description
Introducing Bailey’s Synthetics™ Premier Sling, built specifically for the fire and rescue industry to handle challenging, life-saving situations with unmatched strength and safety. Available in 12′ and 20′ lengths, this 3/8″ synthetic rope sling delivers superior flexibility and performance in the toughest conditions.
The center features a floating 5/8″ G100 Master Link, ensuring balanced pressure across attachment points for maximum safety and performance. Each end of the sling features versatile hook clusters, including R, T, and Mini J hooks, along with an 8″ Forged J Hook. These provide multiple options to securely connect the sling during various rescue situations. The 3/8″ synthetic rope is also fully covered with a durable double braid for enhanced protection, keeping the load-bearing core safe from wear and tear.
This sling replaces traditional heavy chain bridles, helping prevent vehicles from shifting before struts are securely in place—a critical advantage during extrications.
With a working load limit (WLL) of 5,900 lbs. at 60 degrees and 4,900 lbs. at 45 degrees, at a 3:1 safety factor, the Premier Sling delivers the strength you need in tough rescue situations. Note: This sling is not designed for overhead lifting. The sling is proof tested by the manufacturer and tagged.
An optional Bailey’s Synthetics™ Premier Sling Hook Add On Kit is available for those departments desiring Grab Hooks for the end of the sling. The kit includes Two 3/8″ Grab Hooks on a link and Two X100 5/16″ Coupling links to attach the Grab Hooks to the sling. Add the hooks quick and easily with either a hammer or vice to insert a pin in the coupling link.
