Many municipalities, government agencies, fire departments, and businesses require a formal written quote before making a purchase. Bailey’s is happy to provide one.

To request a formal quote, please copy and paste the information below into an email and send it to baileys@baileystowinginc.com. The more information you provide, the faster we can prepare your quote.

Please Include:

• Company or Organization Name
• Contact Name
• Billing Address
• Shipping Address (if different)
• Phone Number
• Email Address
• Product Part Number(s) (if known)
• Product Description(s) (if known)
• Quantity Needed for Each Item
• Do you require a Sole Source Letter? (if applicable)
• Any additional notes or special requirements

Once we receive your email, we’ll review your request and prepare a formal quote as quickly as possible.
